Research Of Water Resource Bearing Capacity Of Hebei Province

Abstract: Water resource, as one of most significant factors that impact on natural environment and human existence, is a indispensable fundamental natural resource. As a severe water inadequacy area, water resource has become a bottleneck that will influence and restrain the whole provincial economy and sustainable development of Hebei province now and in near future. How to correctly evaluate and judge the water resource bearing capacity of regional development in Hebei province and, in turn, formulate the development strategies harmonious with water resource have significant realistic meaning to the relationship between water resource and national economic development of Hebei province.The main content of this paper is as follows. The first part, based on the data of social & economic development and water resource investigation in Hebei province, adapted the quantitative method coupled with qualitative one and analyzed the characteristics of social & economic development & water resource and the exploiting and using conditions. Finally, the main problems existing in the exploiting and using in Hebei province were discovered. The second part used the mathematical statistical method to forecast the economic development and population scale in Hebei province and had a analysis to the supply-demand situation of each cities. The third part, based on analyzing the influential factors of water resource characteristics and water resource bearing capacity, selected 6 main evaluation factors, used the fuzzy comprehensive model and conducted a comprehensive evaluation to water resource bearing capacity in 11 cities of Hebei province. The fourth part, aiming to the evaluation result, put forward the relevant countermeasures to enhance the water resource bearing capacity in Hebei province.The research result shows that seen from the overall level of Hebei province, the comprehensive evaluation value bj of water resource bearing capacity in 2020 compared with 2010 is as follows, The comprehensive evaluation value of water resource bearing capacity is increased from 0.258 in 2010 to 0.350 in 2020, the overall level of which has a certain increase.
