Distribution Monitor is a real-time monitoring system .Data gathering and fault process is the important aspect. This paper analysis and design distribution Automation Monitor and Control System base on object -oriented analysis methodology, give a detail solution .The paper adopts the modularized design idea. The concept and functions provided to users of this system are reviewed, focusing on the design implementing scheme of the system, including the design idea, implementation steps, program's general frame and key techique.Application of object-orientedtechnique makes distribution monitoring system more flexibale reusable and openable. A structure design is give, composes a flexible Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition.The reusable software framework comprises 6 modules which can independently run and every module have serveral functioned-components susporting for reuse . It can realizes the real reuse in the electric dispatching monitor system at the special distribution system. The article introduces application of the object-oriented methodology in system design in details.. The Electric cad module (graph design) and network communication channel module based-on TCP/IP protocol design is the mainly design. It is the main contents in the paper. The usages of achievements of new techniques of the computer such as multiple thread and socket are summarized introduced in data acquirement and information real-time transmission channel .This paper give an effective design for the fault section diagnosis isolation and fault service section restoration in the distribution network over cooperate by FTU and remote monitoring system. It provides operators with reliable assurance to quickly eliminate fault. |
