The Research On Urban Public Space Design Guidelines

Because of the misunderstanding of the urban design work, lots of the design works in china nowadays are only remain in the designing level, and confusing the urban design work and traditional terminal design work, so it brings many passive effects to the implement and operation of the urban design. As the main target of the urban planning work, the city's public space is also facing the same problem. Urban design guidelines, the topic of the thesis is one of the main achievement of urban planning, which has important constructive and managing meaning. The aim of the thesis is to find out the content of the aim system, the principle of the reference, the content of the achievement of the system of the urban design guidelines'organization, through the research in the planning theory and practice in the process of the construction of city's public space. Expecting to bring some reference in the operation and implement of the city public space design. The paper make "from factor to the system"as the study strategy, which means after the foundation of the basic theory, the thesis analyzes the five characteristic factors of urban design guidelines in the third chapter, further more founds the system of the urban design guidelines'organization in the forth chapter, and finally in the fifth chapter make the further study in the city's public space design guidelines'achievement content. Realize the analysis transfer between the factors to the system, meanwhile completes the study of the urban design guidelines. The main conclusions of study are:1.The urban public space design guidelines throws limited-rational elastic domination upon the public space design and construction. 2.
