Application Of Embeded Web Technique In Paperless Recorder

With the rapid development of advanced science and technology, such as computer, network and information, the world has been in the era of information with the kernel of network. Because of these high technologies, a profound change in instrument domain has been taken place. Embedded Web Server technology bases the HTTP technology and Embedded System technology and has the advantage of simpleness and high efficiency, becoming the most common technology of information exchange in Internet and Intranet. The import of web technology into traditional instrument system is general trends, and is also a feasible resolution of the difference of data format and software style in industry field, different administrative levels of monitor and attemper, enterprise management. Depending on this technique, We effectively control long-distance instrument and equipment, gathering, analyzing and watching field data anywhere. The primary task of this paper is to take all the advantage of Embedded Web Server technology to reconstruct the paperless recorder, so that the instrument system can be, more advanced in remote monitor and easier to access the network. This paper analyses paperless recorder and all kinds of Embedded Web Server solution method,puts forward applying ActiveX technique on the web extension of paperless recorder basing on the design thought of LEAN-Server. ActiveX technique improves performance and behavior ability, meeting the request of high capability instrument such as paperless recorder. In this extension, B/S and C/S structure are all used. The server makes use of lean server technique and other dynamic web technique, In client side, the visit of webpage is applied by ActiveX and script language. So the purpose is to realize remote monitor, maintenance and alarm via IE browser. Aiming at the request of Embedded Web Server extension of paperless recorder, I design relevant embedded HTTP Server and embedded file system.In the paper, first, industry ethernet network, web technology and Embedded system technology is simple introduced.Then, several kinds of application of Embedded Web Server technology in field instrument are introduced and also put forward a more better technique based on ActiveX. This technique upgrades the traditional technique, makes Embedded Web Server have more powerful data-processing ability to industy field data which is transmitted and issued by industry network. Third, the framework of tcp/ip protocol stack and the design and implement of the HTTP server based on embedded file system is introduced. Last, the software implement of net paperless recorder basing on Embedded Web Server technology is detailedly introduced. In the end of the paper, the key issue and the foreground of the application of EmbeddedWeb Server technology technology in field instrument is discussed.
