Research On Evaluation Technology Of Safety Support For Marine Traffic

Based on investigations and widespread inquiries from relative authorities and experts, the evaluation index systems of adaptability comprehensive evaluation were set up by applying the system engineering theory. Then using the uncertained comprehensive evaluation model, the integrated adaptability comprehensive evaluation models on safety support system for marine traffic were established.Consulting the characteristic of the safety support system for marine traffic of our country, analyzing and comparing the frequent-used ways of fixing on the weights of indices, the weights of indices were fixed on by the methods of Analytic Hierarchy Process and Entropy. Using for reference of the well-rounded measure function, the measure function models of the safety support system for marine traffic were set up. Finally, The whole safety support system for marine traffic of our country would be evaluated by use of the available datum.The results of this paper will be reference for the authority to perfect the safety support system for marine traffic of our country.
