At present,many developed countries and some developing countries are paying more and more attention to energy conservation,emission reduction,environmental protection,and low-carbon environmental protection,and many laws have been formulated for this purpose.Ships use the shore power system to supply electricity instead of the auxiliary machine during the port,whic h can effectively control the discharge of pollutants around the port and improve the environment of the port city.Based on the analysis of the application of shore power facilities at home and abroad,this paper reviews the relevant standards and policie s for marine shore power at home and abroad,combining the working hours of the Huanghua Port Coal Port Area and the berthing access shore of the Shenhua Group's own ships.The demand for electricity is compared with the composition of the existing shore power conversion power supply,and the combination of power systems for Huanghua Port is selected for design.First of all,we analyze the foundation of Huanghua Port ship power supply system.From the status quo of the plane layout of Huanghua Port and the current status of the electrical system,the statistics of the shore ship of the port of Huanghua Port,the technical key in the design process,the berthing of the Huanghua Port coal port and the configuration of its shore power,etc.The electric load was calculated to study the composition of the shore power conversion power supply.At the same time,the ship shore power control system,video monitoring system and project implementation were designed accordingly.Secondly,based on the basis of the shore power supply system of the ship and the actual status of Huanghua Port,three different shore power supply systems for ships are presented.Based on the theory of AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,three criteria layers and phases are proposed.Corresponding to a total of seven sub-criteria layers,and according to the difference of the impact of each indicator on the total target,the weight ratio of each criterion layer and sub-criterion layer is determined,and finally the three schemes are evaluated and compared through calculation.Finally,according to the actual situation of the existing power system configuration of the Huanghua Port coal port area,the overall arrangement requirements of the substation facilities and the port area,and other aspects,from the terminal shore power box configuration,core component selection,shore power and cable laying in four aspects Analyze and research,conduct in-depth research on the ground protection method of the shore power system,and ensure the safe operation of the marine shore power facilities.
