On The Reformation Of The Land-use Classification System In Urban Plan

The classification system of land-use is the base and important measure in the urban planing contral system to make use of land resources efficiently and to regulat the different kinds of development harmoniously. With the the transition of China's economic system from the planned one to the market-oriented one, and the development of city ages, it is evident that the existing classification system of Land-use are not effective in guiding and control the land use and development. The thoughtway and the new manner of the urban planning should be created, and an innovative institution should be adapted to the changing systems and their surroundings.This study considers the focal point and tusk of nowaday land-use regulation work, band the experiences of other countries and districts, analyzing the problem of land-use classification system in the fomulation and the implement of land-use plan, the defect of conventional land-use classification system pattern of China, and the deeply-rooted reason of re-building the land-use classificaiton system. Meanwhile, analyze and discuss on detail in the content of the classification system,the concrete control order of various areas, the measure of control and etc. Furthermore, providing some advices to reform and improve the effectiveness of the classification system of Land-use.
