Heavy-camions, as a type of army vehicle, can transport large quantities of large soldiers speedily on battlefield. After the alteration, they can also become headquarters, missile vehicles, cooking vehicles and so on. With their flexible founctions, they have very important status in the weapon equipments.This paper uses the camions assembly in some powder mill as the study sbject, and analyse the working procedure of this assembly, and then discrible every machining method, and get the control method. In this paper, I also analyse the work principium of step motors, also study how to use PLC drives the step motors. With the calculation, the working parameters are given. With the analysing and calculating for the working procedure of this assembly, an optimize machining method of drilling is given.For drilling machining has most controlled sbjects, and the machining method is the most complex one, so the paper use this procedure as study subject, with calculating, gets the control parameters of PLC system. This system base on the theory of automation, use CPU313C (S7-300 series, Seimens, Germany) as the hard core, and use the S7-200 CPU as the assistant controller, and then develop a PLC system which base on the MPI networks.This paper study the PLC control method for step motors in the procedure, get the calculate course of control parameters, and design the software and hardware, and optimize working procedure by calculating. The drive system, high/low voltage control system, PLC control system and its program is described.Contemporary, this paper studies the construct of MPI networks on both hardware and software, In the PLC system, I study the communicate principium of MPI networks between the CPUs, in the HMI system, I study the communicate principium between the PC and PLC, and enable the MPI network between the PLC and PC by VC++.The fact proves that this system is a practical and effective control system with powerful function, reliability and friendly HMI.
