Taillight supporter of car belongs to automobile panel, with large dimensions and complicated shapes, it' forming process is hard to determine, this thesis analyzed its forming process and influences of technical parameters. The researches of automobile numerical simulation and the effect of the technical parameters on sheet metal forming process are very important in the stamping industry specially in auto panel designing and manufacturing.This thesis find the basis paths and methods of automobile panel simulation and finite element model building by researches of taillight supporter and other auto panels;Optimized three key technical parameters(blank, drawbead, addendum surface) of taillight supporter forming process based on numerical simulation;On simulation of drawbead, combined with merits and demerits of the true drawbead model and the equivalent drawbead model, gave a simulation method combine with both mold, ensured both efficiency and accuracy;On optimization of blank, used inverse finite element method combine with forward finite element method to design blank of automobile panel, and some rules of processing pre-punched hole setting were summarized;On experimental verification, proved numerical simulation and optimization results' accuracy and reliability by physical simulation.At present die design, 3D die design is the trend of development. This thesis designed 3D die of blanking and draw processes of taillight supporter with UG software, Summarized the merits and the characteristics of 3D die design.
