With the development of computer technology, Computer Supervision and Control System is necessary for realizing "no man at work, less men on duty" since it has become a important part of hydropower station.In the Ertan hydraulic power plant, the Computer Supervision and Control System is offered by the German ABB company, it adopts the ABB company's HPC-300 series product, is according to ABB Advant technique, is a construction of open-control and distributed control system.In the thesis, it is made of four parts, as is showed below:In the chapter 1, the author analyses computer Supervision and Control System mode and construction in the domestic and international at present, its reforming the grade and creeping technique are researcehed and developed.In the chapter 2, it expounds many aspects of AGC system, including AGC's principles, construction, the method of realization, math model, distribution and control algorithm of load.In the chapter 3, actual experiences of Computer Supervision and Control System are summarized in the Ertan Hydraulic Power Plant in Szechwan province, and analysed the problems of the modulatory process of AGC system. It brings forward project on the upgrade of the AGC system. And design the AGC system's function, and mades an in-depth analysis with study on the performance of the system.In the chapter 4, the thesis pays more attention on the hidden trouble of the AGC control system. Then the author brings forward some new tasks and objects we can research in the future.From all of above, author shows that researching the AGC control system and improving quality of electricity of waterpower station have great meaning in power network's stabilization.
