On The Effect Evaluation Of Water Adjusting Project In Interior Basin Of Rivers

As we know so far, the natural distribution of fresh water doesn't coordinate with the geographical distribution of human beings' habitation. The current situation is that the quality of water can't meet the daily requirement of water for people. Therefore, water adjusting in the basin of rivers is an effective measurement to redistribute the water resources.This article primarily focuses on the main characteristics of the evaluation of the effect of the project, the content referred, and the method and way of the evaluation. We take the example of Heihe river, the second largest inland river, to indicate the main process of the effective evaluation of the run-off project. It provides a reference of theory and practice for the effective evaluation of the project of hydraulics and hydroelectricity. The primary focuse of this article reads as follows:(1) To investigate and understand the developing conditions of water adjusting projects at home and abroad, and analyse the necessity and feasibility of water adjusting projects.(2) To introduce the developing conditions and researching methods of theory for post assessment of water conservancy and hydropower, then research the theory and method of water adjusting projects in rivers' interior basin with the basal theory of post assessment of water conservancy and hydropower and the characteristic of water adjusting projects in interior basin of rivers as well.(3) To introduce the mode and characteristic of water adjusting projects in interior basin of rivers and explain the main content of the effect evaluation on that and then build the evaluation index system for water adjusting projects in rivers' interior basin.(4) Taking the example of Heihe river, to evaluate the effct of water adjusting project comprehensively by introducing the way of water adjusting before and after the projec for the river and connecting the model of effet evaluation of water adjusting projects, then draw the conclusion of water adjusting project and make objective suggests and effective measures about it.
