Hydraulic Torque Converter is vane machinery with liquid be its medium,and it is the Continuously Variable Transmission which can non-ladder,continuously change velocity rate. Since the vehicle used hydraulic torqueconverter in transmission systems, it overcoming some disadvantages, such as:control complex, vehicles are not balanced, the hardware is short life, can't takefull advantage of engine power. Instead of that, its starting is smooth, operationis simple, it has long hardware life, and can change velocity continuously, itsatisfies people's requirements, which are comfortable, traffic safety. Therefore,hydraulic torque converter is widely applied in various vehicles.In empoldering of new types of vehicles hydraulic torque converter, itsperformance is ultimately tested in the test-bed for defining, so correctness,reliability of the test results of test-bed is essential. At present, some hydraulictorque converter test-bed adopt ordinary switch valve in pressure control, andadjust hydraulic torque converter's pressure depends on people's experience, sothe pressure control is not accurate, and it results hydraulic torque converter'sdata being tested is inaccurate, and influence hydraulic torque convertercapability test. In the aspect of data collection and processing, it is collected,noted, handled, counted, and protract curve by people. Manual handling hassome disadvantages, such as: data handling's workload is big, and need moretime, and can't see the test results in time.Therefore we design a pressure control system of hydraulic torqueconverter based on the requirement, we take advantage of electro-hydraulicproportion valve to control pressure of the hydraulic torque converter. Comparedwith traditional switch valves control: the electro-hydraulic proportion control'soperations are convenient, and can achieve telecontrol easily;It has a highdegree of automation, to achieve programming control easily;Working steadily,and has a high precision control. The hydraulic system input data by computer,through D/A conversion convert digital signal to simulative voltage signal,simulative voltage signal is converted to simulative electricity signal throughproportion controller, after get this signal, electro-hydraulic proportion valve canchange system's pressure continuously. We get electricity signal of the pressurefrom system through the sensor, and this electricity signal will be converted tovoltage signal through a simple circuit, it will be displayed in the computer afterA/D convertion. After connected system's hardware, we empolder a interfacewhich link people and computer take advantage of Visual c++ language, throughthis interface we can input data by computer, and real-time output someimportant pressure value.In the pressure control system, the focus is the electro-hydraulic proportioncontrol. Mechatronic is the development aspect of machine industry, hydraulictechnology is perfect magnify tache between weak electricity control andmachine strong power export. And electro-hydraulic proportion control is a goodhydraulic technology between switch valve control and servo valve control, thepressure control system used in the proportion of control valves, while precisionand rapid response are not as sexually servo valves, but its production costs andmaintenance costs are relatively low, and its static and dynamic performance isadequate for most industrial requirements. The paper used for the relief valvesDBEM10-30B/YM type of dynamic and static character analysis to prove thatthe stability of the system.Hydraulic development trends are closely integrated with high-tech,particularly microelectronics technology, computer technology, sensortechnology. The system designed in this paper struggles towards this direction,in the aspect of applying computer technology, we applied Visual c++programming technology, according to object-oriented programming features ofVisual c++, we designed interface between people and computer, which includesprogramme for the pressure input object, pressure collection object, regularcollection object. At the last, we compose them together, and the interfacebetween people and computer in this paper is formed.Data collection system is a bridge which connect computer with the outsideworld, it is an important way to acquire information of computer. Datacollection technology is an important part of the information science, it has beenwidely applied to various fields of the national economy and national defensebuilding, and with the development of science and technology, particularly withthe development and spread of computer technology, developmental prospectsof data collection technology will be broad.In the aspect of data collection and processing, some test-bed of hydraulictorque converter is collected, noted, handled, counted, and protract curve bypeople. Aimed at the actuality, after learned correlative knowledge of thehydraulic torque converter, sensor technology and data collection, this paperdesigned data collection and processing system of the hydraulic torque converter,and empoldered relevant software. Because meter of the sensor can outputsimulative voltage signal which is in the proportion of rotate rapidity and torque,we convert simulative voltage signal to digital signal through PC7484, then takeadvantage of Visual c++ formed text box interface, and display the collecteddata in the text box, and then process, calculate the date as soon as possible, anddraw the originality characteristic curve at the same time. According todisadvantage of the experimental result, this paper designed improved way.Compared with traditional test-bed test system of hydraulic torque converter, itenhances much in accuracy, real-time characteristic, convenience.
