A Design Of Distribution Simulation Training System

The distribution automation system is a complex system which services from high voltage electric substation to the customer power. Its functions include SCADA, fault processing, AM/FM/GIS, analysis software power distribution system, power distribution management. Its construction includes the main station, sub-station, FTU, distributed power lines and communication net. The distribution automation system is operated and maintained by manager, dispatcher and repairer. The leading motive of the thesis is the demand for skill training of operators in Jiangsu Power Co.An integrated distribution simulation training system which consists of distribution automation system system simulating normal operation state and simulating abnormal fault state is introduced in the thesis. The functions of main substation, sub-station and communication system are designed based on OPEN-2000 as SCADA/DMS support. The simulation training system can simulate the real-time supervision of the simple distribution system, implement the feeder automation, analyze the operating state of the distribution system and link with the exterior system such as GIS/MIS.
