The urban traffic in China,including its hardware and software building, management, planning and development, can not fit for the development of the urban and its economic. The traffic jams and congestion has become the important problem the cities of our country must deal with. The traffic jams and congestion in China has occurred from the point to the line, and from some part urban to the whole urban. It influences the efficiency and quality of the city life, and leads to the socialproblems just like pollution. It also limits the development of the urban. So it should find the new ways to reduce the congestion with any delay. It request improving our study, stronger building, finding new ideals of the development and new ways of the management to urban traffic. Only in this way, it can pledgethe development of the cities in China.Wuhan, as the metropolitan in the middle of China, also faces with the contradiction between the support and the demand of urban traffic.
