Research On Integration Supply Chain Management Of Construction Enterprises

Integration supply chain management emerged on the background of economy's globalization and integration. And its application in construction enterprise will enhance their competitiveness in the international market as well as resolving the problem of construction enterprise's inefficiency.According to the developing trend of construction industry in international, the applying situation and the types of construction supply chain in developed countries are concluded in this paper, using the research methods of empirical analysis, theoretical analysis, correlation analysis and systematic analysis. Then, the concept and operating model about integration supply chain management of construction enterprise is brought forward, considering the enterprise's characteristics in technique and economy. After that, this paper does some research on the necessity and feasibility of integration supply chain management in construction industry. And it is pointed out that construction enterprise's integration supply chain management is effective. The integrative organization is a multi-enterprise and multi-sector organizational frame. In order to apply this management model of integration supply chain efficiently and effectively, suited partners have to be chosen. And the partners have to establish a win-to-win relationship in a long time, which needs interest distribution mechanism, trust mechanism and inspiring mechanism correspondingly to ensure. Besides, modern information technology should be taken to guarantee the application of integration supply chain management and the competitiveness's enforcement of the whole supply.In this paper, four parts is included. In the first chapter, the background, purpose and meaning of the research is introduced. Then the theory of integration supply chain management is presented in second sector. Later, this paper analyzes integration supply chain management of construction enterprise and the necessity and feasibility of integration supply chain management based on the analysis of construction industry's characteristics.
