With the development of urban metro traffic constructions in our country, the route net forms and extends step by step. The transferring among different routes becomes frequent. The project is very huge, so it's constructed by different companies by stage. The whole project must include many investors, builders and managers. So it brings a problem that how to distribute the income fairly. The solution is to build a logical income distribution model, it's so important for the development of urban metro traffic.Now these models are all based on the shortest path algorithm. There are some shortages on the route net model and making the valid path certain. They cannot meet the need of the development of urban metro traffic. A more logical income distribution model is builded after deep research on the distribution problem of beijing's urban metro traffic.At first, the operation elment and math element of the distribution problem of urban metro traffic are presented in paper, so the requirement is clear. After that, paper sums up some problems in existent model. Then, it builds a optimization distribution model to improve on route net, transfer station node, station number and making the valid path certain and so on. At last, it introduces the realization of the new model which is on the basis of beijing's urban metro traffic in 2007.
