The Humanistic Management In Building Construction Under The Complexity Thought Theory

Abstract: From the 1940's, the discovery of the nature has blossoming a lot. There is a new thought appearing to explore social and natural phenomenon. With the development of science and the society, the traditional method is not applied any more. We should find some new way to explore the world. The complexity thought, as a totally new method to study the natural phenomena and humanistic social phenomenon has been strongly emphasized by different researchers in many fields. Nowadays, to some extent, the complexity thought has been involved in the field of philosophy, sociology, politics, administration, economy, and other humanistic subjects.The Third Plenary Session of the Sixteenth Central Committee had come up with the scientific concept of development aiming at the people foremost thought, which made profound analysis on the existence and development of human being. The complexity thought gives us the foundation of the study of our world. There are six aspects in complexity thought altogether: Dissipative Structure Theory, Synergetic, Morphogenesis, Hyper cycle Theory, Fractal Theory and Chaotic Theory. With the analysis on these theories in building construction, we could come to one conclusion: in one enterprise, the master should pay attention to the existence of human being, take the human being as the extremely important factor, and emphasize the importance of stimulating the human creation and motivation. There are great epistemology meanings in complexity to pay close attention to, for this reason, I am dabbling and having something to do extensively. On the foundation of the material, I have written this master's academic dissertation.The full text divides into three parts altogether:First part, I have explained the basis of the complexity thought in humanistic management of building construction, and interpret the meaning and the history of complexity thought by the method of deconstructing. Meanwhile, I emphasize the necessity of the complexity thought applied for the humanistic management of building construction.Second part, is also the key part. I have combined the complexity thought in philosophy with the humanistic management of building construction in reality. I want to explain the head point from two sides: the existence and the development of human being. What's more, I have formulated the six aspects in complexity thought: Dissipative Structure Theory, Synergetic, Morphogenesis, Hyper cycle Theory, Fractal Theory and Chaotic Theory, of course, these are the light exploration of somewhat beginning.The third part, I have done about how to promote the creation in the humanistic management of building construction, and come up with four suggestions, these are as follows: firstly, breaking through the unit thinking, making the systemic management come true. Secondly, prevailing against the traditional management model; making the, compatible development between the enterprise and people come true. Thirdly, strengthening the cooperation between people, making the compatible development between people come true. Finally, stimulating the "man's conscious dynamic role", making the all-round development of human being.This thesis has reflected the following characteristic mainly: firstly, I have explained the meaning and the history of the complexity thought, which could help us understand the keynote of the whole thesis, and have combined the complexity thought in philosophy with the humanistic management of building construction in reality. Secondly, the materials are full and accurate, it is apt to use, abundant in content, it's make establishment, theory of view to make every effort, have abundant scientific fact basis. Thirdly, the topic of the thesis indicates author's view and attitude. I have making every effort to innovate to some extent on the basis of grasping a large number of abundant materials. But, because there are a lot of specialized terms that this text involves it is difficult to write out the new meaning totally, of course, it's more difficult to break through.
