Axial piston pump, because of its compact structure, light weight, simple variable framework and small inertia, is widely applied to field such as engineering machinery, traffic machinery, tool facility and mold machinery. All along, the design of hydraulic production is depend on analogy and imitation. Based on drawing, two-dimension drawing dominates the design of components. It has disadvantages as can not assemble all drawings when components are self update and cut off the connection between CAD and CAM. It also reduces the subjective creation and can't modify the bug of abroad production. Now, the structure research of piston pump mainly focuse on porting tray, for the outer liquid channel, is shortage. The research and development of liquid channel of piston pump usually depend on experience and experiment: But, the wasting of time, high price of experiment and the not perfect testing, cause the unreal result. It is can't kown the factors to affect pump's capabilities such as the position and size of cavitation, the area of flow and the size of fluctuation. So, the moldling design of axial piston pump and the research of outer liquid channel are very important.Based on the two reasons and combined with the characteristic of axial piston pump, this thesis mold design to body and cover of pump independently by applying 3-D parameter design method and then assemble two parts into a whole. Steady simulate the general and optimal model by applying finite volume method and by visualizing computing analysis software. After simulating, the pressure distribution and velocity distribution can be obtained. The relationship between the structure of liquid channel and the negative pressure distribution, the pressure drop can be obtained by qualitative analysis. Transient simulate the model and visualizing analyze the flow fluctuation of axial piston pump. After this, some result may work out, which will offers guide foundations for research of liquid channel.
