The Study Of The Relation Of Urban Transport System And Urban Ground Exploiting

The study of the relation of urban transport system and urban ground exploiting has been concerned by the whole world,and it is significant to most citys of our country.The model of the relation has been became usefull means to analysis the problem.In the past,the study of the impact of urban transport system to urban developing is more, but the study of the impact of ground exploit to urban transport system is less.Tt has had many new problems of our country transport.This article set the reasonable ground exploit model through analysing the interaction between urban ground exploiting and urban transport system.In the analysis process,we study the development of the relation between urban ground exploiting and urban transport system at home and abroad firstly,then analysis the mutual relation more detailed and make deeply disscusionto traffic impact analysis during the ground exploiting, proposed evaluation system finally.we proposed idea which is public transport guide to urban land use based on the analysis of methods and practices about urban land use and transport planning integratly,and research the strategies and methods for set the public transport guide to urban land use in our country.This article has proved the model of public transport guide to unban land is suitable to china through researching the urban land use and traffic demand in chongqing metropolitan area.This paper summarize as follows:land use and traffic planning should be based on each other;setting the model of city public transport guide to land use is the only way to solve our country city traffic problems.
