The Design And Perform Of Qingdao Power Grid EMS Upgrade Project

In this paper, the Qingdao Power Grid Energy Management System (EMS) for the study, summarized the current domestic and foreign research and development trends of he Energy Management System (EMS), analyzed the current status and problems of the Qingdao power company Energy Management System (EMS). According to the development needs of Qingdao network, and following the new standards of IEC61970, this paper researched how to apply computer, communications and other fields of new technologies in Energy Management System computer, how to adapt to the larger power grid caused by the development of new demand, the electricity market environment how to develop energy management system and running, how to solve the traditional system as the main problems facing the system interface, network security and open systems, and other aspects of Energy Management System developed strategy of upgrading. This paper developed a new generation of Qingdao power company Energy Management System overall design of the program, and the implementation of measures to upgrade the organization works and construction plans were elaborated and analysis.
