The Thermal power plant construction projects is a very huge cost of the project, related to the national economy and people in all aspects of life, the corresponding power plant site selection is the prerequisite for sustainable development, it not only to shorten the construction period, a lower cost A certain impact, but also to improve the operation of the plant reasonable long-term production, reliability and economy of a significant impact. Therefore, a reasonable choice of a thermal power plant site work on the development of future power plants have a far-reaching significance.In this paper,the research on the thermal power plant site selection evaluation is under the fully recognizing about the premise of the power plant site selection.Fist,this paper not only describes the basic theories of the thermal power plant site selection, including the site selection task, targets, and the the related concept of the thermal power plant, but also discusses the impact of factors from multiple perspectives. Next,it uses diagram in the form of summary the work procedures of power plant site selection,and then briefly introduces the general approach of the site evaluation.Based on the above basis, according the data access system, in-depth understanding of the impact of various power plant selection factors, this paper establishes the index system of the thermal power plant selection, then introduce the proposed integrated DHGF France and France over the previous several methods of a more extensive and practical applicability of the Act set out the principles and the structure calculated steps and focus on comparative advantages and disadvantages of a proposed integrated DHGF in theory, several models over a more scientific and superiority on the basis of in-depth study of Delphi, AHP, the association of law and grey Fuzzy comprehensive analysis; Finally, apply DHGF model to practice, and theconclusion is consistent to the decision, which makes clear that DHGF model is reliablein practical location.
