With the prosperity of the construction industry,the construction industry demand for qualified personnel has been increasing.At the same time China is in a school and College Expansion and the expansion of such a large-scale environment.Office building professionals in addition to science and engineering,arts institutions,agriculture,forestry,arts, and other schools have adopted new or start their own merger multidisciplinary development.In such a situation,various tertiary institutions in recent years from the architecture graduate students everywhere.The majority of these graduates can not find suitable faced with the problems of occupational position,but although there are so many candidates waiting for the candidates,some construction units are still unable to find the availability of only sigh.This is a single architectural education demonstrated by the model of a phenomenon.It seems that every institutions are architectural designers to develop purely for the purpose of,but purely on the construction market demand and how many designers? But the number of graduates competent designers can really work? This can not become a designer of the students on how to find their place? This is the first we should consider the issue.As architectural talent needs of the market and the proportion of their interests,abilities,and many other factors,most of the architecture graduates from things did not work after the design work, but with the architecture near the edge of creating their own careers. This paper attempts to explore through the research and the marginalization of the diverse teaching mode architecture,the architecture education in the schools for students will be able to clear the direction of the future work of a target to adjust their direction and focus of study for their future in the community to create good competition inherent advantage.We also hope the new teaching system proposed for the construction of China's education system to provide a new reference model,change some construction of a single education system situation.Yet for more shallow qualifications,lack of experience, inadequate conditions for the construction of non-mainstream development institutions to provide direction and guide these institutions with the school's own unique architectural advantages seek professional teaching orientation.
