Research On The Harmonious Development Of Urban Mass Transit And Sustainable Land Use Based On Urban Ecological

"Ecological city" construction is the trend of urban development, and coordinated development of transportation and sustainable land use is the key to the building of eco-city. The current urban rail transport in China has entered the peak period of construction, but research on the harmonious development of urban mass transit and sustainable land use remains relatively stagnant,causing the two divorcing from each other in the planning, construction and management, this runs counter to the goals of building eco-city.so research on the harmonious development of urban mass transit and sustainable land use has urgency and necessity for achieving the goals of building eco-city. This thesis has studied several aspects as follows:Firstly, this thesis maked a systematic summary for theories and methods of rail traffic along the land involved in the development and utilization.Secondly, the interaction between rail transport construction and sustainable land use was researched, and this thesis proposed content measures of coordination between the two.Thirdly, the characteristics of the ecological city and factors affecting of urban mass transit and sustainable land use harmonious development was studied, a system of indicators which fully reflects all aspects of the level of coordination of Rail transport and sustainable land use was established, and the coordination evaluation model based on ahp-fuzzy was constructed.Fourthly, this thesis took use of evaluation model of the thesis, took Guangzhou whose rail transportation develops relatively mature as example, came to the coordination development experience of rail transportation and sustainable land use, and the validity of evaluation model was verified.Finally, rail transit and land-use profile of Changsha was analysised, the principles, measures and countermeasures on the comprehensive development of the land along the rail transportation in Changsha were put forward; the ecological environment and land resources protection measures of Changsha were put forward with the needs of the establishment of ecological urban targets.
