Study On The High-speed Railway Transport Hub Space Layer Division And The Planning Design Methods

The national《medium to long-term railway network planning》clearly indicated that, more than 12 thousand kilometers passenger transportation line will be set up till 2020, most of which will be high-speed railway passenger transportation lines, others aimed at the target speed of 200 km/h will be upgraded as high-speed railway transportation line. With the acceleration of national passenger transportation line planning and development, and the enhancement of railway transport speed, scientific research and practical experiences of high-speed railway transportation hub planning, establish, exertion etc will be increased in domestic.As important outbound traffic hub of city, the high-speed railway transportation hub is not only one of the uppermost node of urban outbound transport, but also a capital public transport node. It carries functions of passenger flow conversion among multi-transportation inside and outside city, and the functions of city communication, such as actualize the leadership of city development, accelerate city land development and space layout concordance, those caused the high-speed railway transportation hub to be an important task in urban planning design.With the object of high-speed railway transportation hub, article mainly probes in the regularity and planning design methods. The paper combines the following five parts, the first part is introduction, indicates the research object and significance; the second part is the corresponding theory researches and practical experiences in domestic and foreign, deeply analysis the foreign practical experiences on the basis of generally mastery of the high-speed railway transportation hub development, which laid a solid foundation of the high-speed railway transportation hub space layer division and the planning design method in the third part; the fourth part comprehensively analyzed and explained the task exertion in practice, with object of the New Changsha station in the Wuguang passenger transportation line; the fifth part is conclusion and supplement of research results in this paper.Core of this paper involves the second part ( basis of research ), the third part ( research methods and basic judgments ) and the fourth part ( practice and exertion of research conclusion ). The third part includes the important analysis and judgment of this research task, three space layers are laid out by the inner and outside influential factors of high-speed railway transportation hub firstly, delaminated development characteristics and laws are investigated secondly, planning design methods and development strategies suit for the domestic high-speed railway transportation hub are also advanced in this paper.
