Research Of The Key Technology On Automobile Bodywork Assembly-welding Jig

As the key equipment for the production of automobile bodywork, the automobile assembly-welding line and welding jig are important for the automobile production level, and directly affects the production pattern, production efficiency and production quality. Accompanying the rapid development of our nation's automobile industry, the competition of automobile market becomes drastic, it makes the updating speed of automobile product more and more quickly, and the design of automobile bodywork more individuality, the needing of automobile assembly-welding lines become more and more large. The automobile assembly-welding lines which fit the situation of our country must be indigenous, and the design and manufacture abilities must be improved. In this paper, a standard part databank is developed, the model of movement machine of jig is predigested, the process design and optimization design by an example of the right-front wheel casing is probed into.First of all, a large amount of similar part is standardized and then the 3D standard part databank is constructed by part families and parameter function of UG,as a result, the design and manufacture cycle and the cost of production can be decreased by the standardization. Secondly, the model of movement machine of jig which used usually in jig design is predigested. In the end, process design of jig is analyzed in detail, the design of jig base is optimized, the sketch, pneumatic configuration, jig assembly, interference examination are researched and the system of pneumatic control is designed in this paper.
