Electric power industry is the basic and important industry in national economy, which provides the basic guarantee to keep the industrial economy's robust running and stable development. The secondary equipment is indispensable for substation, its characteristics is easy to suffer with the Electromagnetic interference, lead to Cause equipment disoperation, Even damaged equipment, Affect the normal operation of substation. In this thesis, the EMC substation equipment to secondary evaluation indexes, factors right, and evaluation methods are studied in order to solve the problems of EMC to secondary equipment in substation.Firstly, the introduction and methods of Fuzzy comprehensive assessment are presented, the emerging problems are found out based on the situation of the secondary equipment in substation. Then the thesis analysis the several factors that affects the EMC characteristics for secondary equipment.Secondly, utilizing the Fuzzy comprehensive assessment theory, the evaluation indexes system of EMC characteristic which includes four subsystems: Harmonic interference, Switching operation, Lightning interference, and the interference by themselves. A more comprehensive and scientific new evaluation system is found in this way.Thirdly, AHP method has been applied to determine the right of all factors of safety evaluation indexes system in EMC characteristic of secondary equipment in substation and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is utilized to avoid the effect of subjective factors, which makes the evaluation system more scientific and accurate.Finally, a case study in Cangzhou Power company demonstrates that the new evaluation system adapts to the secondary equipment's EMC characteristics successfully; Moreover, the problems of secondary equipment's EMC characteristics system was found and the optimized proposal was presented based on this new evaluation system.
