With the increasing competition of the external market environment,the increasing cost of production factors,enterprises have to consider internal and external of the organizational boundaries to find a different angle to enhance its competitiveness.However,theory and practice of supply chain management and BPR (Business Process Reengineering) are still in a stage of sustainable development.In particular,the theory of process reengineering based on supply chain management is not mature.As the supply chain management has become a major environment of BPR,the traditional business processes need to be further developped.In recent years,the sustained and rapid economic development lead to the rapid growth of electricity demand,the grid-building enterprises are faced with heavy tasks. A large number of construction projects lead to the rising of the material prices,and increase the cost of the grid project.The delay of the material supply and the bad quality of some material have serious influences on the construction projects, economic and social development.In view of this situation,the idea of modern supply chain management,the technology of BPR and the Petri net modeling technique are used to optimize power grid supply chain processes.First of all,the idea of modern supply chain management,the theory of BPR and the Petri net modeling technique are introduced.Method of process optimization based on ESIA and Petri net is defined.Secondly,the method of SWOT is used to analyze the macro-and micro-environment of the power grid construction supply chain,and then the power grid construction supply chain development strategy is proposed based on the above analysis,which is WO strategy.Which are changing the separated and non-integrated business approach through BPR.In order to ensure the success of WO strategy, implementation method and some supporting measures are gaven.Thirdly,the ESIA and Petri net approach are used to optimize the process of the power grid supply chain.First,building Petri network model of the power grid supply chain processes,analyzing and optimizing the model,in the process Petri nets is used to ensure that the accuracy of the model.Finally transfer the model into the actual work processes.Finally,compare the old process with the optimized process,supply chain process reengineering solutions are designed.Implementation method of BPR are introduced based on particularity of it.In the end of the papers the main tasks of this thesis were summed up and disadvantage is pointed out.
