Reliability engineering is an important fringe subject, which research on product life feature. With the development of scientific technology and increasing demands from clients, reliability theory has been widely applied to many fields. Moreover, as a quality property closely related to time, products reliability has been becoming more and more attractive. After the developing of simulation technology, reliability simulation is formed by applying the simulation technology to reliability research. The application of reliability engineering technology can improve the produces' quality, reduce the cost and eventually enhance the competitive capacity of the enterprise. Reliability simulation, as a new rising reliability technology, has been widely used in manufacturing enterprises, and wills certainly to become one of more powerful tools of reliability analysis.This dissertation focuses on the reliability simulation research of the efficiency testing system for pumping units; its contributions are as follows:At first, it presents the development and the research survey in China and abroad, reliability characteristic parameters and the relationship among them, the commonly used probability density of reliability simulation technology, which provides the theoretical basis for the following reliability simulation technology in the testing system.Then, according to the testing system's request, it briefly introduces the composition of the efficiency testing system for pumping units in terms of hardware and software. The hardware modules mainly use the intelligent, integrated sensors, in order to improve the reliability of the system; the software of the system is realized by the modulation design concept using Lab VIEW. In this dissertation, the system's software process is introduced simply.Furthermore, after introducing the key technologies and solutions which the reliability simulation of the efficiency testing system for pumping units involves in detail, the dissertation performs on reliability simulation of the efficiency testing system for pumping units based on Simulink, which is the simulation toolkit of MATLAB, and finally, in this dissertation, the reliability indices of the reliability simulation of the testing system are illustrated, and the reliability indices of the function curves, such as the reliability, the failure probability distribution, the failure rate, the failure probability density are presented, and also compared with the theoretical results, which thus verify the stability of the testing system and the accuracy of the analysis results.In this dissertation, the application of Simulink method to the reliability research of efficiency testing system for pumping units is the innovation of this theory field. It provides the important reference to the following performance evaluation of the efficiency testing system for pumping units and performance-based standard of the establishment of system reliability in terms of methodology.
