The Application For The Construction Planning Of Large Steelmaking Renovation Project

Because of large size,high technology,wide professional span,difficult construction,the construction plan,the optimizing of program's core technologies and tackle key problems is the key of success to the large-scale construction projects.Taking two steel-making potential transformation of Baoshan Iron and Steel Works for instance,this paper put forward the project management philosophy during the construction phase of the construction planning and implementation and process control, which is"carefully planning,scientific organization,management sophisticated".At the same time,this paper inducted the concept of security risk management,predicted and identified security risk factors,and then took appropriate security risk disposal methods to circumvent or reduce the projects security risk,which is helpful to perfect and harmonize all the elements of project management highly.Concerning the research of construction technique innovation,in order to solve the problems that implement construction in deep foundation pit inside workshop and different foundation sinking between new and old equipments,we apply several construction technologies for handing soft soil ground like post-grouting at the end of super-long larger diameter bored piles,cement jet grouting and deep mixing;in order to solve the problem that to ensure the reinforcement of the steel structure without unloading,we make some research for the reinforcing flow process and technique of the multiple main building frame steel structure and reduce the influence on the reinforcement from heavy-plate welding;through optimizing various construction scheme,the lifting method that large-sized equipment horizontal shifts in high altitude with up-side-down mounting technology in special conditions comes into being; furthermore,we get a set of experience about the switch between new and old steelmaking production technology systems and using analogue debugging instead of load test through a great deal of practice on correlative energy medium pipes and electricity supply of new and old production system and the on-line and off-line alteration of automatic control system.Through cooperating with the owners in Project Self-Integration,this paper described the technological innovation of Professional Construction Technology in the project and the Self-integration experience in the overall construction planning organization,which laid a foundation for the enterprises' brand and market in the field of metallurgy Technology Reform,and also had some reference to similar projects in the same industry.
