Short-pier Shear Wall Structure Style Used For Small High-rise Buildings Design

With the great increase of development of real estate industry and people's need for the housing in recent years, small and medium high plank type of residence was more and more being popular with developers and inhabitant. At the request of orientation building, the structure form of the type's building hasn't few adopted a short- limb wall structure. Short-pier Shear Wall is a kind of structure form which rises in recent years. It makes use of elevator room, mountain wall and cent door wall of buildings to arrange general shear wall ,and the rest was arranged short-pier shear wall ,the length of which is 5~8 times in the wall thickness. This arrangement can make to no outstanding beam and pillar in hall and bedroom, but also satisfied with modern live big and vivid of space and the anti-earthquake design requirements request by adjust the wall body. So this was result of requirements for development.Short-pier Shear Wall structure have good anti-side ability and space mechanics function, so which have already got an extensive application in our country's building in the structure designment. However, the study was a few at current, so there was not a complete set of design theory and methodology to guide the engineering design. Because the short limb shear wall have an open of dint wall hole bigger, the wall limb be shorter, and its mechanics function and structure more complicated, so have a necessity to short-pier shear wall to carry on a more deeply one-step theories analytical and on trial research to the short limb. This text point carried on a study to following two aspects:First, carrying on the critique which constructs function applicability and structure characteristics to various in common use and small high residence structure system first. Frame a shear wall structure, short-pier shear wall structure and greatly open to shear wall structure were three kinds of structure systems of more suitable for small high residence.Second, adopting two kinds of structure calculation of PKPM analysis procedure SATWE and TAT, inputting structural of whole model, according to current structure design the norm carry on structural calculation and analysis. Pass to compute that engineering analysis of carry on the technique function and economic index sign as a result. Put forward a design suggestion, select to more and reasonablely arrange and compute mode and tally up a some design experience to provide an actual engineering design a reference.
