Comparative Analysis Of Shear Wall And Short-pier Shear Wall Structure In Small High-rise Residential Buildings

In high-rise residential buildings,the shear wall structure is simple,not exposed to the beam column,and the shear wall stiffness,seismic performance is good,so it is widely used.But there are also some shear wall structure problems,such as the wall caused by concrete reinforcement;wall between the distance limit,greatly reduces the flexibility of the design;due to the lateral stiffness of the structure,the shear wall structure with seismic response of high capacity,poor ductility.In order to solve the above defects,the researchers found that the structural design of shear wall limb shortening length becomes short shear wall,shear wall design combined with ordinary short leg shear wall structure is more suitable for small high-rise residential,and has a certain economic value.This paper introduces the concept,characteristics and structure of small high-rise residential buildings,especially the research status and structural system of short leg shear wall.By using the comparative analysis method,with a small high-rise residential design as the research object,we design the structure scheme of ordinary shear walls and three kinds of short pier shear wall structure scheme,establishing the model through structural design software PKPM,combined with the structure design specification parameters,using the SATWE module operation calculates the relative structure and quantity of data.Finally,the structural performance and economic analysis of the data from different angles,it is concluded that when the short pier shear wall is assumed to be the bottom overturning moment,the best method is the31% of the total seismic overturning moment at the bottom of the structure.At the end of this paper,the contents of the study are summarized,for design reference,and points out the problems and the problems to be further studied.
