The measurement and pricing specification is the main basis for the formulation of the engineering quantity list,the preparation of the bidding control price and the bidding price.In recent years,as a typical structure of prefabricated buildings,prefabricated concrete buildings have developed rapidly.However,in the actual operation of metering and pricing of prefabricated concrete buildings construction projects,the existing inventory system has many shortcomings.Based on,it is necessary to optimize the measurement specifications of the prefabricated concrete buildings in China at this stage.The main research contents are as follows:First of all,structural analysis of the engineering quantity calculation specification of the current fabricated concrete building by using the WBS principle,combined with the engineering practice,the paper found out the shortcomings of the divisional engineering,sub-divisional engineering and sub-projects in the decomposition structure.Second,through WBS optimization,work unit supplementation,and perfect work content,a relatively complete assembly-type concrete construction quantity list system has been formed.According to the principle of work breakdown structure based on pricing management,the work of the divisional project “Appendix E Concrete and Reinforced Concrete Engineering” was optimized.The part will be divided into two sub-projects of “cast-in-place concrete and reinforced concrete engineering” and “assembled reinforced concrete engineering”,and then the divisional project will be carried out according to the decomposition route of the branch,sub-division and sub-projects.The fabricated reinforced concrete project is decomposed into two sub-segments of "prefabricated concrete component installation" and "cast-in-place concrete pouring".Finally,based on the current engineering quantity calculation norms and consumption quota,combined with the practical experience of measurement and valuation of prefabricated concrete buildings,the itemized project under the two sub-divisions was supplemented,and the project characteristics,work content and other contents of the itemized project supplementary project were improved.Finally,the improved fabricated concrete construction engineering quantity list system is applied to the inventory preparation work of Jinan Ronghui City project to verify and have good applicability.The significance of the above research is reflected in two aspects: First,the optimized prefabricated concrete construction engineering quantity inventory system can better solve the current engineering quantity list preparation and pricing management problems.Second,it can play a positive role in the revision of measurement specifications.
