Studies On Urban Spatial Layout And Development In Hebei Province

Regional development and urban spatial layout are closely interrelated.Domestic and regional economic development theories and practices proved that the regional economic development will inevitably accompanied by the evolution of urban spatial structure. Reasonable urban spatial layout can promote the development of regional economy for the better.So it is necessary to study corresponding urban spatial layout according to different stages of regional economic development.The paper utilizes many disciplines the related method theories to carry out the integrated study.This paper mainly studies the relationship between the regional development and urban spatial layout in Hebei Province.On the basis of summing up the results of previous studies,by analyzing the status quo and evolution of regional development and urban spatial layout.We can draw the basic characteristics of the urban system spatial structure of Hebei Province as follows:Firstly,it is divided into two parts by Beijing-Tianjin. Secondly,the cities and towns mainly located in the traditional industrial corridor at the piedmont of Yan Mountain and Taihang Mountain which is Northeast-Southwet.Thirdly,the urban system of Hebei Province is a typical pattern which is draw by multi-core.And the paper further points out that the problems of the regional development and urban spatial layout of Hebei Province,mainly realized for four aspects as follows:Firstly,there is a significant difference in regional development,and the urban spatial layout is unreasonable. Secondly,there are obviously characteristics of inland coastal areas.Hebei Province is backward which maily comes from the backward of the coastal areas.Thirdly,because of historical and geographical reasons,the capital city went through several changes.It missed the opportunities to become a central city of the Hebei Province.Fourthly,the resource-based urban development lack of stamina.Facing the challenges of the reality,Hebei Province must adjust the urban spatial layout, to find the best development strategy.Structure the coastal economic upwarping corridor.Pay attention to the industry pulling effect of urbanization and the space guidance effect of infrastructure construction.Reinforce the connection between cities and towns.Form a rational urban system and promote province regional coordinated economic development.In this paper,the urban spatial layout pattern of "one core,three corridors and double triangles" is constructed.Based on the three present corridors(the ecological protection corridor of the northern of Hebei Province,the traditional urban and industrial corridor at the piedmont of Yan Mountain and Taihang Mountain,the continuous urban corridor of the coastal area surrounding Bohai Bay),backing Beijing-Tianjin,nurture economic circle around Beijing and Tianjin.With Beijing and Tianjin,strengthen the economic function of growth pole of urban agglomeration around Beijing and Tianjin where Baoding and Langfang are the cores.It will construct growth pole of Hebei Province and strengthen North-South economic connections and integration.Established Tangshan-Qinhuangdao-Chengde growth triangle in the northeast of Hebei Province,strengthen the connection between the continuous urban corridor of the coastal area surrounding Bohai Bay and the ecological protection corridor of the northern of Hebei Province.Shijiazhuang is the main center,Handan is the deputy center, and Cangzhou is the gateway city.Building transportation between Handan and Cangzhou, and contacting Hengshui,establish Shijiazhuang-Handan-Cangzhou growth triangle in the south of Hebei Province covering Shijiazhuang,Xingtai,Handan,Hengshui and Cangzhou.In the future,the northeast growth triangle and the southern growth triangle will be based,on contact of Zhangjiakou build growth triangle of the south of Hebei Province-the northeast of Hebei Province-the northwest of Hebei Province.Completes the growth pole for acceptance and conveyance the economical diffusion which comes from Beijing and Tianjin.Three corridors uplift support the economic development of Hebei Province.The growth double triangles bringing the north and the south of Hebei Province along drives the Hebei Province becomes a strong province of coastal economic and social development.
