The clutch actuator is the executor to the clutch.As the rock-bottom operation,the basic function of the clutch actuator is to separate and joint clutch.The auto-control of the clutch can improve smoothness when started,shifting the ride,to extend the service life of clutch,greatly reduced the labor intensity of the driver and has important practical value.The Electrical and Mechanical clutch actuators to a power source for motor,and use PID control the speed of the motor,can realize direct feedback clutch engagement precise regulation,structure simplified,low cost, portability strong,and easy to achieve precise control.In this paper,Chery QQ diaphragm spring clutch for the implementation of this study,carried out the following main aspects:1.Make a study of the he separate load speciality.Present a new calculation method of separation clutch,and in accordance with this method of Chery QQ diaphragm spring from the clutches of doing a series of simulation studies.2.The clutch implementation of the design.According to Chery QQ diaphragm spring clutch of separation requirements,design the relevant parameters,and the motor selection.Then give a three-dimensional structure of the clutch actuator.3.Clutch Dynamic Analysis of the implementation.Established a mathematical model of the DC motor and Matlab/Simulink model,commissioning the motor. Establish the mechanical implementation of the mathematical models and structures for the implementation of the clutch Matlab/Simulink dynamic simulation model,the effect of a brief analysis of factors.4.Implementation of the clutch control methods.To clutch control parameters for the trip to voltage electric actuator for control of objectives,analysis of the clutch actuator to control the parameters and control methods,the design of the clutch,and to maintain the separation of the joint control algorithms and control parameters,control of the process Dynamic simulation.Research on the separation characteristics of the load and the equivalent electrical resistance of the clutch actuator to control the dynamic performance.
