With the development of current network technology,manual meter reading cannot meet the needs of today's public,and its disadvantages are constantly exposed.For this reason,a remote meter reading system based on GPRS technology is proposed,which uses GPRS technology for remote meter reading to read the information of electricity consumption in real time,eliminating the tedious work of manual meter reading and the need for special wiring,measuring value of number accurately,reducing meter reading costing,expanding the scope of meter reading,transmitting large amount of information and speeding up the speed.Adopt single chip microcomputer to design the hardware of the system.ADE7755 electric quantity acquisition module is used in the data acquisition system to collect electric quantity data.A signal processing circuit is designed to process power data.The wireless communication system is designed to send the collected data to remote management machine for display.System software is developed,including the machine under real-time remote data acquisition system and the upper computer remote data processing system,using GPRS to conduce process data transmission,designing the cloud hosting to manage the information system.The reliability of cloud data is studied,using electric power special longitudinal encryption authentication gateway technology to protect the communication security of electric power dispatching data network routers and power system local area network.In order to guarantee the security of data,we propose an asymmetric algorithm for elliptic curves to encrypt the data,enhancing the security of the data.Develop the upper computer software,set up a remote management system,ensure the data can be sent and the remote administration machine can fetch data at any time.In order to verify the effectiveness of the system,the meter reading system was tested,including software program debugging,remote communication debugging,DTU configuration,creating remote management machine connections,timing the transmission of power data,and sending instructions to transfer power.The results of operation of Yixian Power Supply Branch of Jinzhou Power Supply Branch in Liaoning Province show that the system design is reasonable and reliable.
