Research On Water-Saving Society Construction Evaluation In Urumqi

Water is the source of life,it is the resource that irreplaceable to human.With the acceleration of urbanization process,and the level of urban industrialization and modernization raised,water resource problem has become the current"bottleneck"problem that constraints to sustainable development of Urumqi.Construct water-saving society is an important part of resource-saving and environment-friendly society,it is also the fundamental way to solve the water shortage in Urumqi.Researching on water-saving society construction in Urumqi,pointing out the stage that water-saving society construction in Urumqi,it has a certain reference and practice value to water-saving society construction in Urumqi in the future.In this paper,through analyzing a large number of date and material.Firstly analyzes the status quo of development and utilization of water resources in Urumqi overall,points out that the situation faced by the Urumqi city there is a major problem of water resources.Secondly,the status quo in the basis of water-saving,combines water-saving society construction work experimental objectives in Urumqi,establishing water-saving society construction evaluation index system in Urumqi,through using comprehensive evaluation index to evaluate the construction of water-saving society,evaluation results show that water-saving society construction at the initial stage in Urumqi.Finally,puts forward safeguard measures and suggestions to water-saving society construction in Urumqi through analyzing evaluation results.The results of study is expected to provide a scientific basis to water-saving society construction in Urumqi.
