| Water resource is the basis of the human survival and development, and the important material guarantee for sustainable development in economy and society. At present,the shortage of water resources is becoming a serious problem,the crisis of water resources has been a serious threat to human being survival.Therefore, the comprehensive construction of water-saving society is inevitable and reliable way to solve the problem of water resources in our country.The paper study the water-saving society related connotation and oretical,on basis of which,combined with the construction situation of water-saving society in Zhenjiang,construct the evaluation index system,evaluate the construction situation of water-saving society in Zhenjiang, and provide corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.The main contents of the paper are as follows.Based on the research of scholars at home and abroad,the paper illustrate the connotation of water saving,concept and characteristics of water-saving society,introduce proposition,goal and task of water saving society,summarise exprirnce in polit construction of water-saving society.The paper study the evaluation index system of water-saving society construction, combined with the actual situation of Zhenjiang, construct the evaluation index system, on the basis of resarch domestic and abroad, ascertain evaluation criteria of each index,use analytic hierarchy process to determine the weight of each index.The paper analyse existing problems in water-saving society construction,construct fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of water-saving society construction,evaluate level of water-saving society in Zhenjiang, according to the evaluation result, provide corresponding countermeasures and suggestions. |
