In the end , with the challenge of resource, energy and environment, Green Design and Manufacturing have been developed for the demand of the sustainable development.A brief introduction and the current researching status review of designing for disassembly and recycling are presented in this paper, the framework of DFD&R is ranged out on the basis of the theory of DFX. The Disassembability,Recyclability,and the Economic evaluation of designing for disassembly and recyling are discussed in the thirth chapter, the suggestion and simply assessment of priduct design are conclude ,use AHP method in order to realize evaluation for disassembly and recycling. The database and knowledge bascis also discussed in this paper,which is the key factor for efficient designing for disassembly and recycling.A basic framework of the database and knowledge base for designing for disassembly and recycling is built . The software system of design for assessment for disassembly and recyclability is developed.The system contains many modulars,such as disassembly information express,product data processing,disassembly and recyclability assessment,the realization of AHP and so on.
