Nowadays resource, environment and population are the three main problems that human beings must face. The development of industrial products creates human being's material civilization and brings us a series of environmental problems. While industrial economics is being developed and people's life is being promoted, the more products are changed rapidly, the more products are substituted and discarded. Therefore resources are excessively exploited and consumed. Environmental pollution, resources exhaustion, nature damage and many other global environmental problems restrict economic sustainable development and threaten human being's ecological environment.Our country is developing and that people's life, resources recycling and reuse are relatively low."Postprocessing"should be replaced with"front-end reduction"in disposing of solid waste. Disassembly and Recycling Design Technology of Appliances is that disassembly and recycling should be considered in the product design stage, which will be an important standard of the product structure design and material selection, so as to make the product disassembly effectivly, recovery economically, least-cost waste disposal, highest-value recycling reuse. Finally the aim to reduce waste, to conserve the resources and to protect the environment is realized. If Green Product Design is applied to our country, not only we fully utilize limited and valuable nature resources, but also avoid detours which developed countries experienced"First develop economics, then solve environmental problems".Disassembly and Recycling Design Technology of Appliances is just new concept and has not been formed integral theoretical systems and design norms. While global market economics develops, we urgently need theoretical and systematic design standards.There are some main problems which are discussed in this dissertation as follows:1. Study the theoretical system of disassembly and recycling design based on the product life cycle. A new modeling method for the disassanbly hybrid graph model based on modular design is proposed which are based on the information of product disassembly, hybrid graph frames and modular ways. So products disassembly design is more standardized, more interchangeable and continous. This model can effectively solve the"exploding problem"aroused by edges and vertexes in graph theory.2. The assessment system model of disassembly and recycling design of appliances are researched and established. Fuzzy analytic hierarchy process method is applied to assess the product. The matrix and calculation of the same level evaluation index weights are given, the establishment and calculation of the bottom of the assessment membership function are studied, finally we will get a comprehensive assessment of the economic recovery and assessment report. Then the weaknesses in design are recommended to redesign.3. Computer-aided design system software for disassembly and recycling is developed by Access2000 and Visual C++6.0. Drum type washing machine D1008 is taken as a case study, the system provides an auxiliary tool for the washing machine disassembly planning, recovery assessment and analysis.
