Research On Rainwater Collect And Utilization Of JiNan City

Jinan,where exists Yellow River,the Xiaoqing River and the Haihe River valley in the Warm-temperate and Semi-humid monsoon climate zone,is the political,economical and cultural center of Shandong province.There are 10 large-scale plus182 small-scale reservoirs and more than 900 small reservoirs in hilly area who can retains more than 0.43 billion stere water,10 large-medium areas at the reaches of delivering water from the Yellow River e.g. Xing Jia-du,Tianshan,Chen Mengquan,Hu Jia-an etc.who can control more than 2.1 million Chinese are,as well as there are 3.57 million Chinese are effective irrigation areas who is 71.5%of fallow land.Furthermore,the average water resource is 587 million stere and 225 stere/per which is just 1/10 of the whole country。Obviously,Jinan is a city who possesses of abundant rainwater but suffers from an acute water shortage.Therefore,the study on how to utilize the rainwater resource sufficiently provides an important significance on realizing the continuable reuse of water resource in Jinan,relieving the problem of water shortage, performing the groundwater conservation,keeping the springs spew normally, accommodating the entironment in city,and so on.In this paper,the review of present reaserch of rainwater utilization is introduced and the aspects of the technology of rainwater collection and utilization,the confirmation of rainwater store establishment etc.are analyzed and studied on the practical instances and existing problems in Jinan's rainwater utilization.Moerover,the mode of the rainwater collection and utilization which fits the practical circumstance in Jinan is presented,and some suggestions for the development and the specific establishment of Jinan's rainwater utilization are proposed.
