The Research Of The Highway Tunnel Construction Quality's Inspection Methods And Evaluation

After three decades of reform and opening up, China's economy has continued to grow rapidly, the comprehensive national strength has been improving, high-tech is under developing, and the construction of highway tunnel has entered a golden era of rapid development. As the basis of the highway tunnel construction, the construction quality is closely related to its using function and social function, which will directly influence the service life of the highways, or even endanger people's life and property security. This, however, has aroused much attention from the public.Through analyzing the common seen damages to highway tunnel, this paper has studied out the key quality problems of highway tunnel construction. And by combining with related fields of domestic and international research experience and results, this paper has made research on the construction quality's inspection methods and evaluation system of the highway tunnel, and has established the basic framework of the highway tunnel construction's inspection and assessment of construction quality. Mainly starting from the aspects of construction material, construction process and technology, this paper has carried out effective control of highway tunnel's construction quality through the quality inspection assessment of construction materials and through the inspection assessment of the construction quality.In the aspect of construction materials, this paper has divided them into concrete material, mortar material, stone material, backfill material, steel material, drainage-proof material, fireproof material, ant-freezing material, anti-seismic material, etc. based on their material qualities and their function in order to make inspection and assessment. In the aspect of construction, this paper takes the concrete projects as engineering unit and takes the process quality's inspection and assessment in the construction process as the main phase. Also, it treats the completing inspection evaluation as a complement. Then, this paper divides the tunnel projects into structural opening project, tunnel cutting project, supporting and lining project of the tunnel body, waterproof drainage project, pavement engineering and the overall tunnel, electro-mechanic facility project, construction monitoring and measurement, constructing environment inspection, tunnel completing inspection, the part project of the inspection of indoor quality guarantee data, and separated project's inspection and assessment. All those inspection projects have been given out the inspection contents, inspection methods and evaluation index.In the end, based on the research above, this paper, by combining the modern engineering information technology, making use of the technologies of BC&VC language and database management, and by depending on the service platform of mature web technology and SQL Server database, has established a set of convenient and practical computer management system that has run through the whole construction quality inspection and assessment of the highway tunnel project.
