With the sustained rapid growth, increasing investment in infrastructure projects, enabling significant growth in construction enterprises along. At the same time, construction project quality control of work is more and more people are paying attention to. Through the long-term practice experience and to the related management theory's research, the author discovered that the domestic construction project quality control has some such as "the imbalance specialized construction quality, the neglect project whole construction quality", "the imbalance surface quality, the neglect hiding quality", "the imbalance quality control point establishment, neglects the control point the dynamic track" and so on some questions. Looks at the essence by the phenomenon, the author thought that these representation question is in the final analysis because the construction main body lacks the systematic characteristic, the scientific nature to the construction quality influence essential factor and the construction quality forming process's control to create. This article draws on dynamic control of the entire process control, PDCA cycle theory, engineering, project quality and statistical methods of quality control of the basic theory, analysis of the characteristics of construction project identify the formation process of the construction quality and impact of factors, from the quality goals to proceed through the "quality plan" and a series of process control, and ultimately of the whole process of project construction quality control.
