With the development of the economy,the number of water users is increasing,and the demand for water supply is increasing.Water pollution,climate change and other factors have made the water supply source more and more tense.In addition,the scale of many waterworks is gradually difficult to meet the water demand of residents,resulting in an imbalance in the supply and demand of tap water.As an important means of water supply economic regulation and control,water price can adjust the imbalance of supply and demand of tap water.Based on the principle of reducing the cost of water supply and improving the ecological environment,this paper takes Qinhuangdao City as the research object and proposes solutions for the development and utilization of non-traditional water sources such as water and seawater in response to the shortage of water supply in Qinhuangdao City.In this paper,the 1stopt and elastic demand model calculation tools are used to analyze the supply and demand status of Qinhuangdao water supply,and the ladder water price model of Qinhuangdao City is established.At the same time,this paper analyzes the water resources in Qinhuangdao City and proposes three water reuse schemes.The economic benefits,investment recovery period and feasibility of the three schemes are compared and analyzed.As a limited means to solve the water shortage,Zhongshui has a higher recovery rate,and the higher the economic benefit,the smaller the environmental pollution.Qinhuangdao City is a coastal city with abundant sea water resources.After desalination,seawater can cost people to drink fresh water resources.Therefore,in view of the current shortage of water resources in Qinhuangdao City,a plan to utilize seawater desalination is proposed.Finally,the paper analyzes the impact of the water price of the urban residents,the benefit of the water supply enterprise,and the monthly water fee of the residents under the joint regulation of water and sea water.Through the research and analysis of this paper,two effective methods for solving the contradiction between supply and demand of water supply source in Qinhuangdao Citycan be obtained.First,the ladder pricing control model is adopted.The practice shows that the ladder pricing model has certain regulation effect on the domestic water consumption of Qinhuangdao City;Actively develop and utilize non-traditional water sources such as water and seawater.The use of non-traditional water sources can greatly reduce the development of freshwater resources and promote the steady development of water resources.
