The Study On Adaptive Development Of Spatial Structure Of Jiagedaqi In Industry Transfoemation

After the foundation of new China, resource-based cities have made great contributions for China's rapid development. But with the exploitation of resources, more and more resource-based cities are in the situation of resource exhaustion. Urban economy is getting worse and worse, which cause a series of problems, so the industrial structure transformation becomes the urgent problem to be solved. Urban spatial structure has a close relationship with the industrial structure, in the process of industrial structure transformation, the adaptability of spatial structure gradually reduced. To achieve the sustainable development of resource-based cities, urban spatial structure must be adjusted with the industrial structure transformation to increase the adaptability to the development of emerging industries.Daxinganling area, which is a forest resource-based city and located in China's northern border, has provided a large number of timbers for the country construction. However, timber harvesting intensity is higher than the speed of forest recovery and the intensity of managing forestry. In the near future, it will face the situation of non-forest to mining. Therefore the transformation of the regional industrial structure is very urgent. Jiagedaqi area, as the regional administrative office location, is the largest and best cities in Daxinganling. In the process of industrial structure transformation, many emerging industries will be settled in the area. So for the spatial structure of Jiagedaqi, the reasonable adjustment needs to be made to meet the industry's development.This paper first studies the theory, models and examples of the industrial structure transformation of resource-based urban and the evolution process and form of urban spatial structure in domestic and international, and then proposed dynamic adaptability of urban spatial structure to the industrial structure transformation. On the basis of the analysis on the strengths and constraints of the regional industrial transformation, the paper put forward strategies of the regional industry transformation from the overall development of three industries and the development of specific aspects, and proposed new approach for industrial restructure transformation.Finally, on the basis of the description of the dynamic adaptability of the spatial structure to the industrial structure, this thesis stated the adaptive development strategy of macro urban spatial structure from the "point" perspective, and from the "surface" perspective, discussed the requirements of the industrial restructure transformation to the adaptive development of urban spatial structure in Jiagedaqi, and then put forward development strategies.
