The study aims to probe into the modds of broiler chickens breeding, by means of comparing the results of experimental breeding on the spot. During the experiment, we take Chinese herbal medicine as medicament, AVIAN broiler chickens as the experimental object that is the products of Beijing Dafa Chia Tai Co., Ltd., where the expanded grains of feed for broiler chickens is also produced. The blocks share the same administration terms, such as sterilization, isolation, immunization, illumination and so on. The experiment is divided into three groups. Group 1 is to traditionally breed broiler chickens on the floor, experimenting respectively with antimicrobial, and EM and Chinese herbal medicine; group 2 is modern breeding on the floor, experimenting respectively without antimicrobial; group 3 is to breed on the plastic net-bed, experimenting by means of respectively using antimicrobial in winter and not using antimicrobial in summer when traditionally raising the blocks on plastic net-bed. We are to check the drug residue of the experimental blocks on their age, and before slaughtered, they are to be weighted. We also do the work of clinical observation and statistical analysis, from which we find:1.In the process of traditional breeding on the floor, in low-temperature season, it's difficult to meet the standard of the situation in chicken. To avoid the blocks' being infected the disease of E.coli and coccidiosis, antimicrobial are necessarily required.2. Because of the roboticzed controlling of heat treatment and aeration, as of modem breeding on the floor, the air sanitation in chicken is so qualified for the blocks that respiratory disease can be effectively prevented. But in the process of breeding on the floor, the blocks have the chance of contact with litter and dung, so it is also necessary to add antimicrobial in order to prevent intestinal disease, such as coccidiosis, enteritis and so on.3.In low-temperature season, traditional breeding on the plastic net-bed , result in great achievement, by local way of coal burning to heat, and through elaborately raising with antimicrobial by the experienced family. Besides this type of breeding can go without antimicrobial in comparatively warm seasons. The above study makes it clear: on condition that there are young chickens with high quality, sanitary feed with adequate nutrition, and good equipment for breeding, the type of breeding on the plastic net-bed with automatic condition-control but without antimicrobial can succeed in raising broiler chicken.
