Design Of Key Parts Of Corn Stalk Rubbing & Cutting Baler

At present corn stalks are mostly silaged underground, this kind of fashion lesds realitively much working procedure, great work intension, more waste, even easily mildew. It is a better way to solve the problem that rubbing & cutting corn stalks to be compressed and bundled , then pressurized by plastic film, reserved on the ground. So in this paper a new style corn stalks-hundled-silager is designed and studied basised on our country's fact. The teamwork of harvest﹑rub & cut﹑press can be finished and the corn stalks can be fleetly silaged.At first, Corn stalk silagers were researched by the numbers. Although there are many kinds of corn stalk baler, they are not practical for various reasons. Base on the result, put forward some projects, analysis and contract these projects. The existing machines were being reviewed and the data were being summarized. The final project was being ascertained. Stand incise were researched. Combine the design common sense of corn harvester, the power consume of cut,transportation (fringes and stalks),pack fringes,rub & cut were being exceeded. The suitable batholith and engine were choosed easily.Secondly conpress theory and conpress set wre used in the design. The parameter just like axis force,distortion,conpress density were tested and researched by dummy set and software LabVIEW, the contension of compress force and density was found out. Using the contension, thereunder were afforded for optimize design and the compress technics. Combining with the conclusion, the compress-hundle-set was desinged. Hydraulic pressure system was designed. Hydraulic pressure parts were choosed. The accessories of compress-hundle-set,power consume were caculated and checked.
