Objective:By observing the fluid nectar soup treatment the clinical curative effect ofprimary sjogren’s syndrome, to explore the mechanism of treatment of traditional Chinesemedicine treatment of sjogren’s syndrome, provides the basis for the future clinicalapplication.Methods:Conform to the standards of the42patients were randomly divided intotreatment group and control group,21cases in each group. Treatment group give oneselftastes of soup, a daily dose, three times a day orally, treatment for2months. The controlgroup conventional PaFuLin for a0.6g, oral three times day. Observation period of2months.Draw up the sjogren’s syndrome clinical criteria, record the change of the before and aftertreatment symptoms integral, determination of two groups of patients with SSA, SSB, ANA,RF, CRP, immunoglobulin.Results:Treatment group total effective rate was76%, control group total effective ratewas71%, the two groups before and after the treatment of dry mouth, dry eye, nose is dry, dryskin, fever, tongue and pulse, etc have improved significantly (P <0.05). Two groups ofSSA, SSB, ANA, RF positive rate and the result of IgM and IgG, IgA have different degreesof improvement, including anti SSA, SSB higher positive rate of resistance, and has comparedwith specificity; Before and after the change of the highest immunoglobulin, IgG, can be usedas a curative effect. Adverse reaction in treatment group than controls.Conclusion:Oneself the nectar soup clinical effective treatment of sjogren’s syndrome,curative effect and basic PaFuLin was flat, but small adverse reactions than PaFuLin, his owncan be applied in clinical.
