| Objective: The study is designed to observe the effect of scalp acupuncture with quick twirling, lifting and thrusting on cerebral infaction.Methods: 80 cases of cerebral infaction were divided into two groups at random. Observation group was treated by scalp acupuncture with quick twirling, lifting and thrusting, and control group was gived the average scalp acupuncture. Except that, both group were treated by permanent western-medicine and body acupuncture. We predicted their targets respectively with auto-instrument (FASC.3010) and the fat numbers of statistics.Result: The total effective rate in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group at 7 days (P<0.05); The effective rate and the total effective rate in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group at 2 weeks (P<0.05); The cure rate in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group at 3 weeks (P<0.05); The cure rate and the total effective rate in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group at 4 weeks (P<0.05); The blood viscosity , plasma viscosity, henatocrit and total cholesterol in observation group was significantly better than those in control group (P<0.05), but the difference of triglyceride was no marked significantly between two groups (P>0.05).Conclusions: There are higher cure rate, better and speedy effect when scalp acupuncture with quick twirling, lifting and thrusting is used in treating cerebral infaction. The treatment mechanisms based on the study of modern medicine may be: 1, It can improve hemorheology ,reduce blood cohesion, restrain platelet aggregation and add the stimulation to increase blood offering . 2,It can reduce blood-lipid for anti-atherosclerosis. 3, It can repair bad nerve cells , increase the exciting of nerve cell and promote recover function of nerve cells on ischemic penumbra.
