Clinical Observation On Curative Effectiveness Of Tacho-Lifting-and-Thrusting Acupuncture Of Scalp Acupoint To Cerebral Infarction

ObjectiveTo observe the clinical curative effectiveness of cerebral infarction(CI) with the scalp acupoint of tachy-lifting-and-trusting acupuncture by making a comparision between the scalp acupoint of tacho-lifting-and-trusting acupuncture and the scalp acupoint of twiring acupuncture,which will provide a new feasible thought and method for the treatment of CI with acupuncture.Methods80 patients of CI coming from the outpatient and inpatient department were divided randomly into two groups:the control group(40 patients)treated with the scalp acupoint of twiring acupuncture and the treatment group(40 patients)treated with the scalp acupoint of tacho-lifting-and-trusting acupuncture.Observing the symptoms,signs and effective ratios before and after the treatment,making a statistical disposal and comparing the therapeutic efficacy.There were not satistically signifficant difference in term of the neurologic impairment integration,bloodrheology and activities of daily lifting(ADL) integration between the two groups(P＞0.05).Results1,After treating,the two groups' neurologic impairment integrations have obviously improved,and compared to the two groups,the difference of the improvement is significant(P＜0.05).2,Compared to pretreatment,the two groups' ADL have obviously improved,and the disparity of the ADL integrattion's improvement is significant(P＜0.05).After treating,the two groups' disparity of group comprison has signicance as well(P＜0.05).3,Compared to pretherapy,all groups' hemorheology indexes have notable difference (P＜0.05),and the scalp acupoint of tacho-lifting-and-trusting acupuncture group is superior to the scalp acupoint of twiring acupuncture group,including whole blood of high-cutting,plasma viscosity(PV),volume of packed red blood cell(VPRBC) (P＜0.05),except blood viscosity of low-cutting(P＞0.05).3,After treating,the scalp acupoint of tacho-lifting-and-trusting acupuncture group' effective power is 92.5%,and the scalp acupoint of twiring acupuncture group is 85%.There is no obvious difference in clinical curative effectiveness.Conclusion1,Compared to the scalp acupoint of twiring acupunture therapy,the scalp acupoint of tacho-lifting-and-trusting acupuncture therapy is much better,in term of recovering patient's activities of daily living and neurologic functional impairment,forthermore it promotes CI patient's rehabitation to large extent.2,The scalp acupoint of tacho-lifting-and-trusting acupuncture therapy can improve patient's hemorheology and increase blood supply for zone of ischemia obviously.it might be a important mecharism that cures CI.3,This research shows,compared to the two groups,there is significant difference in term of improving neurologic functional impairment,hemorheology and activities of daily living,before and after treating,nevertheles it isnot shown difference in the clinical curative effectiveness.
