The Study On Scalp Acupuncture With Quick Twirling, Lifting And Thrusting Treating Upper Limbs Paralyses Caused By Cerebral Infarction

The incidence of cerebral infarction accounts for more than half of that of acute cerebrovascula disease, and the rate of recurring and disabling patients are very high. Among disabled patients, the functional disorder of upper limbs paralyses is fairly common, and it is very difficulty for patients to recover from it. So it has given an obviously harmful influence on the daily life to the patients. Therefore, it is a difficulty point being studied to restore the patients who can down with the upper limbs paralyses caused by cerebral infarction as well as a focus being studied all the time .In this study, head acupuncture with quick twirling, lifting and thrusting, as the main cure, is adopted to treat upper limbs paralyses caused by cerebral infarction. After setting up a contrasted group of conventional head acupuncture, we can make a contrast study on CSS, Fugl-Meyer motor assessment scale, the estimate of the therapeutic effect of cerebral infarction and patients' blood index of rheology, we an get the following results: (1) The therapeutic effect of head acupuncture with quick twirling, lifting and thrusting as the main cure, is fairly good to treat the upper limbs paralyses caused by cerebral infarction and it obviously improve the motor function of upper limbs. (2) It can promote the functional recovery with joints of shoulders and wrists. (3) It can be obvious to improve hemorheology, reduce blood cohesion, restrain platelet aggregation and add blood feed of the part.From the results above, we can get this conclusion: Head acupuncture with quick twirling, lifting and thrusting, as the main cure, improve blood circulation, regulate the biochemical supersession and alleviate the immunity to damage; on the other hand, through the function of head and body acupuncture, it canpromote recovery of the motor function of upper limbs.
